CONGRATULATIONS TO THE HEADLEY CUP CRICKET TEAM!!!!

On behalf of the New York chapter I would like to congratulate the Headley Cup cricket team for winning the Headley Cup for the 25th time in 31 years.  This is indeed a remarkable achievement in any sport and the coaches and players must be highly commended.

It is worth noting that we now take winning in cricket for granted, and little has been done for the members of the team.  As such, we would like to see some form of formal recognition given to members of team.  I hope that someone will take the lead on this and I would be quite happy to contribute to such a cause.  Over to you now Sonians!

The STETHS team returned to Jamaica this morning (Monday, April 30th) after competing in the 118th running of the Penn Relays.  We wish the team and coaches well as they look forward to 2013!
